      Mustafa Soner Menekse  : aged 40, and master of all trades, has been a Professional Guide for 18 years. He speaks English, Japanese, Italian and Spanish. As a young boy his father trained him as metalworker. He is training his own son who is now thirteen to be a guide. He is also a ski-instructor and trek leader. He is quiet, relaxed and what the English would call 'a real gentleman'...... He is a heppy teatotaler, and can tell you all about the leef!

      Kaan Sahin  : At the age of 27, he is still studying at University... Preparing a thesis on Sufiism. He is a Professional Guide with English as his foreign language. He loves Folk Music, and collects bus tickets, and match-boxes! Kaan prides himself as a wine-taster. His favourite food is 'manti', a pasta dish similar to ravioli. Kaan comes from Corum.

      Cafer Gezer  : At 40, Cafer is the intellectual of the Dove team, and is generally seen with a book in hand. He is a Professional Guide with French, Italian and Spanish as his foreign Languages. Cafer comes from Tunceli.

      Ali Kaya  : Ali, who is 33, spent 15 years in Germany, so speaks the language fluently! He is a workoholic and travel-friend. He is a Professionel Guide. Ali comes from Nevsehir.

      Murat Dinç  : At 23, Murat is as his surname suggests 'vigorous' He is a Professionel Guide, with English and Japanese as his foreign languages. His hobbies are modern music and Turkish history. Murat comes from Nevsehir.

      Asik Hikmet  : Hikmet still lives in the cave he was born in. As a troglodyte, he knows the secrets of the terrain, and can show you some of his 'discoveries'. His passion is his Saz which he plays and sings to, when not walking. Though he tends to forget the fact, he is married with three children!
